Does BCDES have even-billing?
Not at this time.

Can I pay my bill by a major credit card (MasterCard, etc.)?
BCDES has a third-party vendor, Official Payments, that will process MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. Official Payments will apply a $4.95 convenience fee to customers who use this service. Customers who choose to pay their water and sewer bills using our third-party vendor can call our Customer Care Center at 887-3066, option #2.
