E-billing is Now Available!
BCWS is offering a paperless billing option for its water and sewer billing customers. Instead of receiving a paper bill, you can receive an e-mail notifying you that your bill is ready, and a link that will take you to view your bill. The bill date, due date and other information you are accustomed to seeing on your bill remain the same. Note that if you sign up for e-billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill. To sign up, you must first have a Customer Web account. Auto-Recurring Payment (ACH) Now Available via our existing Payment Site
If you would like to set up an automatic payment feature to allow your water and sewer bill to be paid automatically each month on the bill due date via a bank account debit, please click on Auto Payment in the blue banner on the right. This feature is separate from E-billing, but you may use both at the same time. However, you must register for each separately.
